First and foremost he has surrounded himself with others that exceed his skill sets and status, by doing so, as they dominate in their arena, he is exposed to their greatness and creates opportunities. Secondly a morning ritual of exercise, good diet, reading and mediation sets the building blocks for his day. He then focuses on work from 9am to 6-6:30pm, but shuts down and gives his personal life focus after that.
